Wonderland Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), the creator of Calendar Export Pro, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Google Workspace Add-on. We believe in data minimization and only store what is absolutely necessary to make the app function.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we access and store specific, limited data:

  • Google Account Information: We collect your email address to create your account, authenticate you, and manage your subscription.

  • Calendar Data (Accessed, Not Stored): We access your Google Calendar events temporarily during the export process solely to generate the reports you request. We do not store your event data (e.g., titles, times, descriptions, attendees) on our servers.

  • Usage Metadata: We store a few high-level data points to operate the service and provide support:

    • Total count of reports generated.

    • Total count of calendar events processed.

    • The timestamp of your most recent report.

    • The date range used in your most recent report.

  • Google Sheet Identifiers: We store the unique Sheet ID of the reports you generate. This allows us to serve you convenient links to your recent reports inside the Add-on. We never have access to the contents of the Google Sheet after it is generated.

  • Payment Information: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We only store your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: To access your calendar data during an active session to generate your requested Google Sheet reports, and to provide links back to those recent reports.

  • To Manage Billing: To verify your subscription status and process payments via Stripe.

  • To Communicate: To send necessary transactional or support emails regarding your account.

  • To Improve the App: We use Google Analytics to track anonymous usage data (e.g., "Report Generated," "Trial Started") to understand how the app is used and improve the user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your data. Your personal information and calendar data are never sold to third parties.

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers to operate the app:

    • Google (Firebase): For secure database hosting and user authentication.

    • Stripe: For payment processing.

    • Google Analytics: For anonymous usage tracking.

  • Access: Access to our database is strictly restricted to authorized personnel of Wonderland Ventures LLC for maintenance, debugging, and customer support purposes only.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your metadata is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers. We implement standard security measures to protect your information. Access to your Google Calendar is authenticated via OAuth 2.0, and you can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account security settings.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Calendar Export Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request deletion of your data by contacting our support team.

  • Stop using the service and revoke permissions at any time through your Google Workspace settings.
